Peanuts decreaseoverall mortality and cardiovascular disease mortality

Researchers at Vanderbilt University and the Shanghai Cancer Institute  found that nut consumption, especially peanuts were linked  with decreased overall and cardiovascular disease mortality across different ethnic groups and those from low socioeconomic status groups.
