Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, and the American Diabetes Association today revealed common challenges affecting the millions of Americans living with type 2 diabetes as part of the program America’s Diabetes Challenge: Get to Your Goals.
As hospital administrator Sharon Goodwin on NBC’s Chicago Med, S. Epatha Merkerson deals with her share of fictional medical cases, but a recent storyline hit close to home for the award-winning actress.
